"Don't make an appt with Beth. She'll cancel after your appt was supposed to have started and you've sat there for like 15min then lie about calling to cancel earlier in the day. Then she'll have to audacity to call you for real after you leave to lie some more all while being rude. We all have caller id's Beth. I know you didn't call and to try to make it like it was my fault was completely unprofessional."
