"Normally I would give this place a 5 star. For the owner and another lady who I've gotten my haircut done here before did great work. I normally have always gotten my cut from the owner herself for she is inmy opinion the one I normally go to. But today I was in need of a haircut, for something important. Though the lady named Blanca, did a horrible job, poked my eye and did not apologize, and made a comment in my opinion I did not like and when getting my haircut she answers the phone and leaves to only come back and wishy washy cut my hair. And made a few several comments that indicate she knew I was not pleased and how she asked about payment for obviously its a business and I am not getting a haircut for free, was even more disrespectful more then the awful haircut she gave. For if not for in need of a haircut I would have gone somewhere else, but for my usual place was booked and the fact that as a customer the service and sly comments are the reason for the 1 star."
"I got a pretty great beard trim from Itzel for around 8$. I had an appointment made and the service was fast and pleasant. They were also playing cartoons in The lobby so kids might have a better time."
"They listen to you, they care, and they want to make sure you get what you want. They are also very affordable compared to what I'm used to paying for a salon visit. Please check them out, they accept walk-ins."
