"I had a great experience getting an acrylic manicure at Nail La Belle on 2/19/24. I believe the nail tech's name was Vivian and I'll defenitley be requesting her when I book my next appointment. She took her time perfecting them exactly how I wanted and we were laughing and chatting throughout most of the appointment. Overall it was a really good experience and I was charged fairly. I'm excited for my next set, thank you Nail La Belle!"

"Overcharged I asked for 2 pedicure. The man told me to pick my color. I did as did my partner. When we were done the gal charged $94. The sign said $35 for pedicure. When I asked why it was $94. She said we were given gel paint an extra $10ea (we did not ask for gel) and she could not explain the $4 addition. I paid but felt like it wasn't right. Nothing special about the leg massage."

"I had a horrible experience and won't be coming back anymore. The work was extremely poorly done, I would advise Asians and Chinese not to visit unless you are curious to experience the arrogant attitude of the Vietnamese staff. Not only did they get the style wrong, but they also overcharged me. The final payment was much higher than what the staff had initially quoted before the treatment started( I did not have any add-on service, the final style she did for me is a cheaper one compared with the style I want, and her initial quotation is based on the style I want which is a more expensive one, but in the end she still overcharged me). After checking Google reviews just now , it seems they might be experienced in price fraud.I wonder why the Eugene police haven't taken action against them yet. After a terrible nail job, I was extremely dissatisfied. However, the nail technician just ignore me and claimed she had to rush home to take care of her child. So I didn't argue with her in consideration of her child. However, she didn't leave and instead went to serve other customers, leaving me alone there."
