"I have been going to Timeless for almost 2 years now. I have had many manicures in my lifetime and I choose this salon again and again for a reason. First off, Timeless puts hygiene and customer health as a priority. As soon as you enter the salon, before touching anything, you are asked to wash your hands, while they set up a clean area for you to sit. All their instruments are sanitized and you must bring your own nail kit, or you can purchase one there. Secondly, they are up front with prices. I usually like a lot of nail designs on my long nails, and they make sure I approve of the price before they begin. I am never surprised by my final cost. And thirdly, Si and Ann have done my acrylics beautifully and consistently for years. They are always willing to try any design or style I bring a picture of. The product is laid smoothly, with no excess thickness or unevenness. I have never had an acrylic come loose or become damaged. I am a veterinarian and I put my nails through the ringer every day. I have never had water damage, fungal growth, or separation. I cannot recommend this salon enough, they do beautiful work and are knowledgeable and up to date on best practices, trends, and the ever changing products for nails. I feel confident following any suggestions they have for improving my nail health."
