"I made an appointment for the next day and when I came in she said "you never called me". I showed her my phone with the call log for when I booked, and then again when I called to confirm the time. She then said I got the time wrong, and she never would have booked me at the time I came in... thankfully, my husband was with me when I called, and he confirmed I was right about the time we agreed on. I completely understand making a mistake, but she was pretty rude and I felt a little embarrassed with the way she was speaking to and blaming me, even though she was the one who got the appointment wrong. I was going to be a first-time consumer, and now I know I will never go to this salon."
