"Hours indicate 1000 during the week. Made a special trip there to get a hair product. I arrived at 1020 and they were closed. Do businesses just pick their own hours now? Very disappointed."
"My grandmother passed this morning and I didn’t want to lose money from canceling my appointment. I arrived 10 minutes before my appointment and proceeded to wait five minutes until anyone greeted me or even acknowledged that I was there. My appointment was for 1:15. At about 1:40, they told me it would be another ten minutes. I waited almost an entire hour without my appointment starting. It is understandable that sometimes appointments run over, but there should have been communication from the stylist or the salon prior to my arrival that they were running late. Or even when I had arrived, they could have let me know - but they did not. An hour is an unreasonable amount of time to wait for a company that has a disclosure that they can cancel if you are ten minutes late. That kind of lack in communication is not what I’d want from a stylist."
"I visited the Madison Reed today and had a root touch up, gloss and blow out. Bryn did my color and the manager Jamie did my blow out. From the moment I came in I felt welcomed. They explained everything thoroughly before you start. I love that they offered other services even though I was only booked for a root touch up. My color looks fantastic and the blow out is top notch. I wish I would have known about them sooner. I highly recommend this business to anyone who is sick of the typical salon experience. Bryn and Jamie delivered on the high level of service. I apologize if I got anyone’s name incorrectly."
