"Used to go here for highlights and had previously great experiences with Jan - until the last time. I was so disappointed with the result and was embarrassed to leave the house with my hair looking the way it did. The very day the highlights were put in, looked like 2 inches of grow out. When I called to point this out, I had hoped that our long term relationship would be taken into consideration and she would do whatever she could to make it right. Instead, she suggested I change the way I wear my hair. On top of that, made a huge deal out of "allowing" me to come back so she could fix it. Oh, and this all came after a very steep price increase. NOT WORTH IT! Definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND this business or this stylist."
