"I have never seen the pharmacy staff ignore customers. They get VERY busy and I can imagine the pressure they're under. If occasionally I had to wait for a long time, it just means THEY'RE BUSY WITH A LOT OF CUSTOMERS! They've always been nice & treated ppl well."

"I love this pharmacy the staff are so kind, they have never changed the tabs on me, and they got my prescription to go thru my insurance it is now free, I was paying 200$ then 70$ and now 0$ I love them. I can't say enough positive, I'm so grateful! I was with walgreens before and I'm never going anywhere else!"

"Worst experience at this pharmacy. Staff was rude and I waited for over an hour. I was in the drive thru with my sick toddler waiting just to be told it would be "just a few minutes" Waited for about 20 minutes and then was told I needed to come inside. Waited in line for another 50 minutes after I had been told my prescription would be done in just a few minutes. Never coming back. I understand I'm not the only one waiting but there is absolutely no reason to be treated badly just because they're behind."

"The pharmacy is unprofessional and slow. It doesn’t feel like they care about their clients. I had a scheduled appointment to receive a couple vaccines I drove from stayton to find out they couldn’t administer the shots because the pharmacist had left with the “records”. I made a second appointment several days later and I waited 1 hours in the waiting room! I watched people be ignored and very long wait times. The pharmacist even questing that she gave me one of my vaccines after I walked out of the room. When i showed her the two bandaids on my arm she then confirmed I received both. That had me questioning if I was given the correct vaccines. I will not be using this pharmacy any longer."

"About 2 months ago the customer service abruptly changed for the bad at this location.The pharmacy has the worst customer service of anyplace I have ever seen. I don't necessarily blame the staff but the management.They don't answer phone calls. Auto refills likely will go unfilled. My son has gone without his psych meds for over 2 weeks. Since they don't answer the phone, you have to go to the store and stand in a long line. I asked them if they contacted the doctors office for my son's refill and they can't even answer that question. They literally don't know if they did or not! This place is a liability lawsuit waiting to happen. If you take medication that is for a serious medical condition, please go elsewhere. UPDATE: This pharmacy has corrected its service issues and is back to normal operation."
