"Great prices, generally good quality products. Sometimes other stores loss leaders pricing can be a better price. Handicap parking is challenging to get into. Love the bulk food selection. Like every where else. You do have to watch the prices."

"This store is much larger than the one on Lancaster but has less of things I buy like fresh produce and fish. Prices are a little higher or so it seems. Huge selection of wine if that's your thing"

"This WinCo in South Salem is quite the gem. It's a full size WinCo, and has a great selection of food along with being a clean and safe place to shop. I've heard of people that live near the WinCo on Lancaster that choose to drive to this one because it is such a better experience. WinCo is an employee-owned store and prides itself on low prices, which it definitely has. The one shortfall is that they do not have an abundance of employees to help find items. After you walk through the store a few times you typically won't really need to find help anyways. I've used the customer service at this location and was satisfied with the help I received. I'll keep getting my groceries here as long as they are open!"

"I can’t understand why in the self check out the cash registers always has at least one cash money register not working. This seems to be something that is on going and has been happening for over a year now, it’s not always the same register it seems to change every week. My wife and I always pay cash and the check outs with employees always have long lines so it’s faster to us self check out until we see only one or two working."

"Good selection, low prices. It’s nice to have access to their bulk section. The bakery has really good bagels. Look out for the green tagged items that are “extra savings”. It does get pretty busy and in the last couple of years they seem to only have a few check stands open. They do have a self check for 15 items or less."
