"Terrible company- won't deliver what you need but charge you for it. Our massage business has used this company for over 15 years and have repeatedly been unsatisfied and disappointed. This past year has been the WORST. We have been currently waiting for them to take 6 bags of our dirty sheets, nope, its been 3 weeks. Delivery is unreliable. We have had to take their sheets home to wash ourselves in order to make it through the week. Do NOT hire this company...."

"This company gives no care for the people they serve, they give no care for their drivers and workers either. This company will over charge you, then say you never paid. Then when you show them the bank statements and all the proof they will turn a blind eye and say that you still owe them more. This company also won’t fully clean your clothes, will not fully repair your uniforms. And when they repair them they will charge you for replacements even if you pay for the damage/replacement insurance. The office workers will not respond to phone calls, emails, etc. They just want to take your money and give you nothing in return. I have had times where for a month or more I have no uniforms and they say that I must have lost them. Come to find out they sent them to the wrong location. Do yourself a favor and do not and I repeat DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY."
