"I have visited the store in person (which was great) but this review is actually to give a shout out for their online ordering service. I stopped collecting comics for a few years, but I got back into it recently with TFAW's online service and am glad I did. The ease of ordering single and back issues has been fun, and the few issues I have had were quickly resolved by their customer service team. Looking forward to my next shipment!"
"I've been getting subscription comics here for years and I finally gave up it just isn't worth the money. Prices are garbage, shipping is unreasonable, customer service is awful, the website consistently has errors loading pages and logging in. I've had pre-orders that never go through because they end up not carrying the product even after advertising it. I cut my comic spending in half by switching to a local comic shop."
