"If it's slow they do okay but if it's busy it becomes obvious they have no clue how to run a restaurant. Also they don't take coupons and act kind of indignant about it. They took so long that after 20 minutes standing in line I literally left. I love Subway and this is the closest location but I promise I'll be going to the one down the street on Barbur from now on and so should you."

"This could have more stars but off the bat Amparo saw me and my daughter smiled but didn’t greet us. Walked up closer and realized she was talking on the phone with her earpiece in. She was literally talking the WHOLE TIME on the phone and then quickly asking us questions about our food and going back to her conversation. It was honestly so distracting, disrespectful, and unprofessional. I’m shocked at how she even thought that was ok. She did the job and made our food and everything looked clean but definitely not ok when customers service is a part of you’re job."
"I have a weird love for Subway so this review may be biased. Facts: this store is always clean and tidy. I've never had a bad experience at this location and feel the owner and staff do the right thing for their customers. I've had negative experiences at other locations but never here. For some reason, since college in the late 90s I've always avoided all subway cucumbers...nothing concrete but all veggies minus Cucumbers is the way I roll."
