"I went in to replace my deck in my dodge ram at car stereo city he tells me I can't have what I wanted and it was going to cost 400 for the deck 200 for parts 200 to install I go up the street to stereo king and get the same deck I wanted installed and parts for 350. Now is it just me or are they gouging valuable customers there. I think so I wont ever due buisness there in the future. I wanted to put negative stars up but wouldn't let me"

He was extremely knowledgeable and told me exactly what I needed to do to improve my system without pushing me to buy anything. The prices for everything in store was fair and they had the accessories I was looking for to complete my install. I'll be back when I install my next system in my son's car."
"I can shake the ground!! I love it!!! The owner sells badass equipment at quite reasonable prices and he's very helpful and knowledgeable. I stopped by and he was busy but he took the time to help me fix misconfigured wiring on my sub causing the amp to overheat. Sure, you can ask google and spend an hour learning all about single and dual voice coils and what resistance your amp runs them best at, or you could stop by and get solid recommendations right away. You can tell he is an enthusiast & an expert, and that makes a big difference compared to talking with someone that just runs a cash register. Once again he recommended excellent gear and my system can now rattle my ribcage, with the same PheonixGold amp i bought from this shop 6 yrs ago. This equipment works hard every day and I don't even have it mounted on the wall, it's been banging around on every bump. Hasn't overheated once since i fixed the wiring (my fault), and the longevity is a testament to the quality of the equipment. He also carries used equipment occasionally so you can find some great deals, but the stuff on the shelf is surprisingly affordable tbh."
"Sergio put in a 7" Pioneer wireless Apple CarPlay receiver for me 3 years ago, great work and service, he just helped me upgrade to the new Alpine Halo 11" floating display, it's such a great fit for my 2017 Toyota Highlander and he gave me a great deal, his communication throughout the process was exceptional. Highly recommend this local independent shop."
