"I have been to several auto repair places over the years and have never been truly satisfied and my last experience was very disappointing. My friend recommended accurate auto because she drives down from Wenatchee to go there. She said she will never go any where else. That got my attention. I spent over $3000 at my last place and was so frustrated with communication and then a few weeks later my cars engine light went on again and had acceleration issues and grinding noise. So I took it in to Accurate Auto to try them out. Immediately I was impressed with the friendly welcome. The same day I took my car in I got a call with an update and a link to a detailed report of each thing they checked with a detailed explanation and photo. They told me when it would be done and gave me a thorough explanation of the cars problems. It needed brake pads, and a mass air flow sensor. I couldn't believe the last place had missed that. I was so impressed with the communication at Accurate. Lance kept in touch with me with any updates and explained things so well that it made sense to me who knows little about car parts. The next day he told me that the parts were in but they found out that the source of a lot of the problems was that the catalytic converter was completely clogged and needed to be replaced since it hasn't in 23 years. Other places just cleared the codes and never told me the converter was so important for the function and performance of my car. They said it would be done Friday but had it done Thursday. I didn't have to wait weeks like the last place.For the first time I feel like I can really trust an auto place. I will never go anywhere else but Accurate auto just like my friend! I will recommend this place everyone that needs quality superior service!"
