"Pulled right in 15 minutes early for my appointed time. No problem. Needed alignment and diagnostic on right front door lock which had stopped responding to electronic lock commands. Diagnosis indicated that an internal error with the electronic lock mechanism. Voltages to the mechanism were at spec. The price for the repair was quoted at $715. I thought this extravagant. Looked up procedure from Google and part cost. The part cost is $66. The procedure looks extensive but manageable given the right tools. My only complaint is the cost of the work."

"A lack of attention to detail concerning sloppily applied or, possibly not applied ceramic coating. My attention was drawn to dried spots on my dash causing me to believe a less than standard application had been done. The car was done 3+ hours early adding to my growing suspicion.. Because i was told it needed the extra time to cure. The next day I took it to a spray wash to quickly rinse the road dirt off.. During the initial spray I noticed 3 large blotches across the hood where the water reacted much differently and ran from those spots like water does from oil. While the rest of the vehicle in my opinion was less affected and merely looked as it would waxed.. The water was also difficult to wipe away with a new cloth... in a sense. Can the coating be tested for? I would rather be wrong and they just did a lousy job. Now , The trust is damaged and I'd rather have another Chevy dealer apply the coating if offered. That's a 1000.00 bucks guys..Gone. And the Emperor has no new clothes. Other than that.. Sales and financing were great.. nice people."

"My entire car purchasing experience was excellent, from start to finish. Ashley had excellent customer service in every way. She was very knowledgeable of the Bolt I was interested in and was eager to show me as many cars as I wanted and answer as many questions as I asked, but I did not feel pressured to buy, which was great. I was pleasantly surprised by how positive of an experience I had at Carr at every stage of the process. I've already recommended the Bolt and Carr Chevy to several people."
