"Unfortunately the restaurant cooks dropped the ball big time. We are foodies and husband is an excellent chef. We were excited for the prime rib. I chose to go with the Burnt ends because no one ever gets the prime rib right. The first prime rib they brought out was grey and well done. He asked for medium rare and it was not even close. They came back with the second one that was still grey with a tiny bit of pink to it. Med rare prime rib should come out very pink and juicy. None of these were even close. Have a suspicion this was the night before prime rib reheated from the looks of it. 33 bucks should get you a great prime rib. My burnt ends were not burnt ends just sliced brisket that tasted like Christmas ham. Also not good and chewy. Potatoes had no flavor. Really disappointed. Our waitress and drink lady were fantastic."
"Lisa is an amazing bartender. Her personality & communication are incredible. Her mixed drink knowledge and overall presentation at the bar for holiday themed drinks are unpar. We will definitely be staying at the lodge again to visit her amazing friendly vibes!!"

"My family of 4 came here on a whim while we were staying at the hotel. I'm a picky eater. My husband and I both had burgers (mine with a GF bun) and they let me substitute veggies instead of fries. The burgers were great! All the food came out hot ans delicious. The kids had grilled cheese and chicken strips and they liked all of it. We never get dessert but got the brownies in the shot glass and ice cream. Super good! I'm impressed with the food and the staff/service was exceptional!!! We will be back for sure! They have GF options and you can get any salad as a wrap or any burger wrapped in lettuce or a GF bun."
