"Took our car in to have it evaluated. Tried to go pick it up at 4:45 and they were closed. Their sign and online says they close at 5. The car is parked where it could be stolen or damaged. They didn’t bother to call to let us know they’re closing early or anything. We will be taking it somewhere else to have the actual work done now. Edit: To respond to the owner about closing due to the heat: that is totally understandable. However, what is still completely unacceptable is that you didn’t pick up the phone and call to let us know so we could make other arrangements and come sooner to pick up the car."
"We have took our automobiles here for years this guy is very honest and does a great job. This last time we had our ighaust fixed and we thought we needed a tune up but he told us we hadnt even driven enough miles since our last tune up and we didnt need one he said everything looked great. He saved us alot of money. I really like him too and its so nice to know hes not going to try and rip you off like so many other garages do."
