"I was experiencing a horrible toothache when I call NW Dental Arts & Sleep Therapy. They scheduled me for an appointment ASAP even though they were fully booked for the next couple months. At the appointment, both the dental assistant and Dr Frankel were very helpful. They assessed my situation (some gum problems coupled with nighttime grinding) and gave me a plan to help resolve the issue. I really appreciated that they meet me where am at in dental health today without any judgement or scolding. "This was my first time coming to Dr. Frankel's office. My whole experience was great from start to finish! The online paperwork process definitely saves a lot of time for an initial visit. I was greeted right away and didn't have to sit in the waiting room for more than a couple of minutes. I was scheduled for a routine cleaning and check-up which was scheduled to take 2 hours. I was in, out, and back home within an hour and a half! The staff was very professional and explained everything they were doing in an easy to understand manner. Dr. Frankel didn't suggest any work be done that she didn't feel was necessary. She simply said she would be watching a few areas for now. My check-up and cleaning was the most comfortable and painless procedure I have ever had done at any dentist around. I can't say enough about this office and staff. You would be very pleased with your experience at this office. I would highly recommend Northwest Dental Arts to anyone looking for a new dentist without hesitation!"

In fact, I quite enjoy seeing their faces and getting to chat and catch up from the last time I was in. It is like we are old friends.
