"This place is only good to go to if all you need is a cleaning. If you need any real dental work done, good luck. They book out over 9 months and will cancel your appointment without notice but if you do so twice they drop you. I have made and shown up for 4 appointments in the last 3 years and was only able to get into my first one. after that it was excuse after excuse as to why they couldn't see me. "Your dentist is on vacation" couldn't of told me that before I showed up and missed work? "Your dentist left the network and we need to reschedule you with a new one whos also booked 8 months out" and the final "You confirmed on email but didn't also call to confirm so we canceled your appointment" like I said if you need any real dental work done just grab some pliers and do it yourself because these guys wont see you..."

"I have been going to Dr. Rosales for 7 years, but it all went south went she left the practice. Now they have a revolving door of different dentists and you will never see the same one more than once or twice because they are temporary dentists. There's a total lack of empathy to a person's situation. I felt totally disrespected and looked down on because I don't have money out of pocket to pay for what my insurance won't cover. I was told by the temporary dentist well if that's what you want to spend your money on when I told him I was saving up for a car, very condescending. In addition, I had to wait 45 minutes for my transportation to come pick me up because the receptionist did not communicate with me that this was just an initial exam only lasting 15 minutes. I am disabled and in chronic pain so waiting on their hard bench in the vestibule was very difficult. Also the dentist said he could see me the following day, but when I went out to the receptionist she said they don't know what they're talking about and she's scheduled me for a couple months out. So while I was waiting for my transportation, I heard her on the phone making that appointment that she said didn't exist for someone else! I do not recommend this place and I have filed a formal complaint!"
