"I had a good experience with Gentle Dental. She scheduled me into a cancellation early and did some computer acrobatics to get me in early in the year, within a week. The day of my appointment I had a really great person buffing my teeth and a great person cleaning my teeth who I requested for next year. I really appreciated this, my teeth felt clean, both ladies who worked on my teeth were positive and encouraging. I hope that I get them next year. I recommend this for everyone. I really appreciate what they did for my teeth."

"First time seeing a dentist in over 4 years. It was easy enough to get a new patient appointment scheduled and bill insurance. The staff was friendly. However, growing up getting my teeth cleaned religiously and having braces. I have a standard for dental offices and this was by far the dirtiest I've ever been to. Not to mention there department of Health certificates are all expired. In the room I was in I got a picture of their certificate and it expired in 2021. Besides that, there was stuff splattered all over the walls and the bottom of the dental chair was covered in gunk. In a new patient appointment I figured they would schedule in a cleaning, not just an exam and x-rays but that's all I got and I had to schedule out almost 7 months to get a cleaning for the first time at this office"

"My daughter had a great experience with the dentist and assistant Bri they were really gentle and patient with her. They explained everything to my daughter and allowed her to feel comfortable with the procedure. I definitely recommend them both! We left very satisfied with their dental work."

"The work itself is great, staff seems pretty attentive. However, twice now I've gone into the office at a scheduled cleaning and have not been seen. Both days, multiple people were walking out because of the wait. Incredibly frustrating and it pushed my cleaning out 6+ months when the first move was supposed to be more convenient."

"Horrible customer service. I made an appointment with them six months ahead of time because that was the soonest that they had and three weeks prior to the appointment I called them and let them know I was having extreme dental pain and they let me know that we could check it out at my appointment in three weeks. The business day before my appointment they called me and let me know that the Dentist decided he needs the day off and they cannot see me for another five weeks even though I had already taken the day off from work, and was not able to reschedule with Work. No care or concern about the dental pain of their patient, nor the fact that the appointment was confirmed several times. The dentist secretary was very clear that he just decided he needed the day off It was not a medical emergency. Very poor medical care and attitude of staff."
