"I have been going to Parker's for years. I have taken everything I have driven to them, a Ford, Toyota, and Dodge, trucks, cars and SUVs. They have always treated me in a friendly and respectful way. I have had them replace an engine, do my brakes, take care of my exhaust, and recently they set up a dual battery system, gauge and an on-board air compressor on the rig I have now. Russ and his staff have always been up front about what they can do and what they can't do, he has consistently answered my questions and communicated with me before doing something we hadn't discussed so I have never had any surprises. Couldn't be happier with the service. I can confidently recommend my friends and family to Parkers without any concern for the kind of service they will receive. UPDATE: 8/15/2023 I am still completely satisfied working with the folks at Parkers. They answer any questions I ask and haven't done any work that wasn't previously approved. I appreciate knowing what I am going to be paying for and they have consistently stood by the work they have done on my rig. I recently had damage to my vehicle that was going to be dealt with through insurance, the folks at Parkers was able to work with me any my insurance to quickly get me back on the road. I will continue to take my rigs for the foreseeable future."

"Took my car into see why it had the check engine light on, and rather than calling me to tell me what the codes were. I came back to a $260 charge just to change my oil and reset the engine codes. I wouldn't recommend this mechanic if you want transparency through the whole process. A simple call to recommend an oil change would be better received than coming back to a surprise bill. The person who I assume is the owner told me their policy wouldn’t change. So I guess their policy is to charge you before explaining the problem."

"I've been going to Parkers for several years now and had multiple repairs done to several different vehicles. Russ the owner and the rest of the guys there have proven to be everything you would want from a mechanic: competent, responsive, explaining everything clearly and even letting you know if something doesn't need to be done. I once took my car to another shop closer to my house for a bid but it seemed a but high, so I took it to Parkers and they did the job for about half the cost of the other place (it was for a new radiator). Another time they did a repair and while they had my car in their possession the power steering mechanism started making a weird noise so they replaced it free of charge. That is above and beyond honesty and integrity to me, so they have my complete confidence. My parents and brothers take their vehicles here, too, always with the same kind of service I've described. I just have a lot of peace of mind knowing I have a mechanic who is not trying to milk me for all I'm worth and who will get the job done quickly and competently."
