"Not a great experience. Besides being delayed by a day to start the service on the vehicle (we had an appointment) once they looked at the vehicle, they were not able to address the issues, which were generally routine maintenance type things for a 5 year old vehicle. Maybe this experience was a one off but I will be taking future work elsewhere."
"I came in on an extremely icy day & was immediately taken care of with kindness, professionalism & grace. Unbeknownst to me, I was dangerously driving on completely bald tires! Even though the tires I needed we’re not in stock at the current location, another local Firestone Tires did have them in stock & quickly delivered them so that I could have them installed & drive home safely. The Manager, Kayla, & her team worked to allow me to be safe in this inclement weather. I even got an oil change in the meantime!! You all Rocked it!! Thank you so incredibly much!!"
