"Thieves...these guys didnt realize i was watching them..what a horrible experience..trying to rip me off..im an ex certified mechanic..retired...said my truck needed complete front end rebuild..its only got 109.000 miles on it and drives great..just wearing on inside..its called camber...you need to get some better techs and not try to rip people off.especially a retired ase tech..i had the truck front off the ground and checked the play a week ago.thats why i know it dont need thousands of dollars in front end work.you cant do business like that.and then act like an arrogant know it all...never again.and im gonna go picket out in front of their store with a video camera.looks like a bunch of kids running a shop..blows me away seeing all the bad reviews...wake up people and make sure to get second opinions..dont let these scum bags take ur money..they are stealing from you..THEN THEY BLOCK ME FROM THEIR FACEBOOK PAGE CAUSE I WAS Sharing MY EXPERIENCE...WHAT A WORTHLESS COMPANY.JUST WOW"

"I bought a used truck and had it inspected by somebody. Went to Cascade tire pros because I’ve gone there for decades. To have them analyze and fix the break problem. $1000 later and my brake light is still on. Customer loyalty with them does not pay off."

"Great shop. I have a 4x4 van that has a lot of aftermarket parts. They were able to work with me and get my drivers wheel bearing replaced quickly and let me know about some other issues I should have looked into by a specialty shop. Super honest and knowledgeable. I’ll be back if ever in the area"

"Good service, fair prices, not their fault but my Goodyear tire failed too early. They did replace it with an acceptable replacement. The tires wore out way too quickly."

"Decided to use cascade to mount a set of tires for me as my regular shop I use was closed due to covid as well as my mechanic had referred me to them. This is only the second set of tires I’ve had mounted on my wheels so I know there was never any scratches and definitely no chunks taken out of them before. I was originally charged $150 which I was refunded after I noticed the scratches when I was loading up the tires. I was glad to not have to pay for the installation but I would have been much happier paying the full price and not have my rims scratched up. They did offer to have them “fixed” but it would take two weeks for their guy to come out, pick them up, and fix them. I use my truck regularly and could not justify having to wait two weeks for them to be “fixed”. After getting them home and mounted I then noticed a big bulge in me of the tires. My regular tire shop suggested I hit a curb, the tire was damaged, or it happened during installing the tire. I know I did not hit a curb yet maybe the tire was damaged. (Giving them the benefit of the doubt.) If the tire was damaged before being installed I wish I would have been told and potentially I could have purchased a new tire to replace it. My regular tire shop also suggested that based on the scratches the rim was facing the wrong direction when the tires were mounted. I was planning to mount the tires and take my truck back to get an alignment however after getting my wheels back in worse condition than they arrived I think I’ll keep my money in my pocket and go somewhere else."
