"I live near a construction zone and discovered a bolt in my tire tread. I called LS Herr on Barnes and received excellent service (answers to my questions) from Zach (very friendly). When I brought my car in late this afternoon, one of the technicians in the garage area happily greeted me and gave me instructions. Inside, I was welcomed by JJ and invited to get comfortable in their spacious lobby (tables and chairs, free coffee and popcorn). Waiting time was about 20-25 minutes. They removed the bolt and patched the tire for free (!!) and Zach politely declined a tip. I was comfortable waiting here. I felt safe and welcome. I am a big woman, and the chairs were comfortable and sturdy. Having a table was a plus because I had a youth with me, who was able to color at the table, making the wait that much more pleasant."

"I have shopped here for 30 years. Over the last year i have felt that customer service has gone down hill. Im not going to go into details but in the future i will go somewhere where they want my business. When the employees dont care if you buy or not i have a hard time believing in any warranty that they might have.I get better customer service from Walmart. Update i had brakes done and the only lasted 23000 miles. This tells me that very low quality parts were used. I would not go here. Bad service and poor quality parts."

"I won't go anywhere else. I bought tires from another company. They were expensive. I developed a slow leak. Les Schwabs fixed it for free. When the tire went completely flat, they came out and helped me get the car to the shop. They found a tire that would work and explained exactly what I needed at a decent price. Sometimes there is a wait at the shop, it is worth it."

"Jesse thank you so much for putting up with me ! I've been going through LesScwab for years since about 2002. Honestly these guys only sent me away one time due to the fact that I use to run BIG tires on my jeeps and one time I found them cheaper elsewhere. I've always came back because their service has always been on point to me and my needs ! The sales staff and service men are knowledgeable and will explain things to you that you need and want to know. They always have a fresh batch of popcorn in the machine as well !"
