"I ordered a regular size Tom turkey for lunch today.This has always been my favorite. It looked like a miniature kid sandwhich.Small bread with one slice of turkey,lots of lettuce and a half a slice of tomato.Cost is spendy for a miniature sandwhich.What's happening. Customers won't be happy with this."

"Two employees a latin guy and a lady in a black hoodie in a very bad mood and attitude. I clearly ask for no onios and I saw him adding onions i just said excuse me.. no onions.. the guy walked away from the sandwich saying all kind of improper things in spanish I do speak spanish so.the only good person there was the one was the young kid who finished my order. I ask for a side of vinegar the hoodie girl act with the worst attitude and told me that they were just 3 people working today bla bla bla No my focking problem… cost me 11 dollars + tip??? I will never stop at this store again. Pd.. i was the only customer in at that time. Yea they need help."

"Wow. If I could give a zero I would.. I have lived in Sherwood for about 25 years and this was the worst customer service I have received from any establishment. I don't leave bad reviews like this, but this establishment really earned it. After placing my order online the manager called me and hung up on me because he was worried about the driver not receiving a tip.. The manager said the tip would have gone to a different driver and wanted me to void my order and re-order online again. When I told him I could not do that he got upset, hung up on me and told me he was going to void the order. The manager was rude, showed no care, and had no customer service whatsoever. Sonya (I think that was her name) was amazing, she gets a million and one stars. The wrong person is running that store. Assistant Manger gets 0 stars."

"Ordered take out in the app, and my husband picked up on his way home from work. Got home and opened the sandwiches and his had lettuce and tomatoes all over it....the Cubano which does not have lettuce or tomatoes on it. I went back to have them correct the sandwich and the young man making the new sandwich had to start over 2 times for putting the wrong toppings on, tossing so much food into the trash. The manager only offered me a free dessert for the inconvenience of having to come back. Also one of the employees named Sonia was incredibly rude this visit as well as my previous visit. Very frustrating......and I even tipped them when I placed my order on the app!! Will NOT be returning, Jersey Mike's will be our "go-to" sandwich place from here on out."

"This is the third time my sandwich was incorrect, usually they just forget the cheese but this time they gave a totally different sandwich. I only have a 15 min break so I don’t have time to go back and ask for it to be corrected. Plus, the sandwich I got today had 2 slices of turkey for 8$. Lots of lettuce for filler though lol"
