"I visit the sherwood location every Saturday afternoon on my way home. This place is amazing. The fries are always hot, crispy and salted just right. The burgers are super delicious every time no matters what time I visit. What makes that place even better is the staff. 99% of the time Seth is in the window when I get there. Seth doesn't just take my money and close the window he asked about the day and just makes it a better visit. Watching all the staff in that place is a joy. Everyone looks like they are always so happy to be there. Don't change anything at this location. Definitely my go to place for a good burger n fries"
"Tonight, I bit into my gluten free burger and crunched something hard hurting my tooth. I spit it out and examined what I bit into and the entire burger and found multiple pieces of what looked like black plastic scattered throughout the burger patty. My husband called and they replaced the burger for free but the next one had a couple black hard pieces in it too. The employee told my husband it wasn't plastic, that it was hard bits of burned charcoal. The burger was not overcooked or charred at all so I'm not sure what it was but two burgers in a row should not have hard black pieces in it. Maybe they need to clean the grill better? Not sure that I will ever want to eat here again."
"Hands down best burger I’ve had in a long time. First time here so I ordered the Single Deluxe burger add bacon, without pickle. Came with crisp lettuce, raw onion, thin slice of tomato. The bun was fantastic and grilled. They have a deluxe sauce that was a game changer. Loved every thing about this one. Wish I went with the double."
"Solid experience. Burger is very similar to In-n-Out. I got a double with cheese. The bun tasted like a potato bun. It was nice and soft. They also toasted the bun, which was nice. Lots of fresh onions, pickles, and tomatoes. Solid burger. Fries golden and crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, perfectly fried. Satisfied with this 'fast food' option."
"First I will say the people are nice, the fries are good. The hamburgers just were not very good. The bathroom needed to be cleaned. It was gross what I saw. I understand some people are just gross, but maybe when employees use the rest room they could give a quick look around to clean up when its needed."
