Panera Bread

"I ordered an ice coffee. I was handed a coffee with no ice. When I asked anout why it had no ice she said the coffee melted it. I took a sip and said it tasted like watered down coffee. Her fix was to add more ice. Utter insanity! If you can’t make an iced coffee why would you sell one?! It’s coffee 101. I ended up just leaving."

"Every time I go to order here, something is wrong with my order. This time I had no bacon on my bacon turkey bravo. The order took excessively long, over 15 minutes when no one was in lobby or in line. The gal who took my order was great, repeated back my order and added on extra side sauce I wanted. But the consistency is so poor here. I had worked for Panera back in the day for over 8 years and it has gone down hill. I will not be back."

"Ordered Baja Bowl with chicken and Mediterranean Bowl with Chicken. Differences in size between the two were huge. One was overflowing. The other was paltry. When we pointed that out to cooks behind counter they just shrugged their shoulders - said there were missing ingredients. When we dug through the bowls one had only 2 Tbl of chicken. Crazy? How much extra did we pay for that? Pictures show the difference. We buy these same bowls often at other Panera's. This was a first for us - to be treated disrespectfully - not even an offer to fix the second bowl!"

"Quite disappointed with the quality of communication and service at this location. Server Alex I believe was great, personable, did not ask if I wanted here or to go, but I should have remembered to specify. The issue I have is with what I assume to be the manager, green shirt with brown hair when brought to her attention that a coworker improperly sent the order, her response was here’s a plate, rather than offering to get the incorrect order, pour the soup or Mac into the bread bowl, and serve, than making someone with maybe not oregon health standard clean hands (me) take out a rock hard piece of “bread” which I tried to chew but had additional difficulty because it was beyond room temp cold, and not fluffy or fresh remotely. The inside was kinda crusty in that the bread itself was stale or the cut had happened prior to serving. I’m glad I don’t come here for lunch because this is a reminder of why I should get things that come in boxes and not have to worry for more human error at my expense. An update: went there to drive thru for a mobile order and paid, got there, waited 7 mins in line, then was told that they didn’t have it and that was the extent of my order"

"Space feels very new and clean. Food was made quickly and staff were friendly. They were out of iced tea and the tables probably need to be refinished because they’re kinda sticky so minus one star."
