"This was one of the most disorganized Chipotle I've ever been to. we went during down time and there was no food prepared, the lobby was dirty, and half the drink station was taken apart with nobody working on it. The back area where cooking was going on was dirty and disorganized, and the staff wasn't friendly. I would not recommend this location."

"This has unfortunately become one of the more poorly managed Chipotles I have been to in a while. Dining room is always trashed, and they are constantly missing numerous key ingredients. Today there was no beans, no meat, no pico de gallo, no chips, and no forks."
"I have ordered here twice to be sent to me and every time I do I’m so disappointed. The bowl I pay close to $20 is a half bowl. Barley anything in there. When I order from Newberg location I get double the food I do here and the service is 10x better. I suggest not going to this location unless you’re trying to be disappointed."
"This is hands down the most poorly managed Chipotle I’ve been to. I’ve been several times as I live in the area and they are almost always out of key ingredients (chicken, fajita veggies, salsa). At my most recent visit, they were out of chicken and fajita veggies. I let them know that I would wait until both items were ready. They pulled a small amount of chicken off the grill early and put it on the two burritos I ordered. They did not allow me to wait for the fajitas. They then mislabeled the burritos (one sour cream/one without). They burritos we had ended up being primarily veggie burritos and almost had no chicken. I have never had a good experience at this location and feel it is poorly managed. They have a lot of young employees that seem to be under prepared and poorly trained."
