McDonald's

"Did a mobile order for a sharable burger pack (4 cheeseburgers, 2 double cheeseburgers, 4 fries). I also ordered 2 drinks. I had to sit and wait for a while (which is fine). They finally brought my order out in a large box and I couldn't really tell everything that was in it. I got home and realized the 2 double cheeseburgers were missing and called the store. The first time they said they couldn't do anything without a receipt. I told her they didn't offer one because it was a prepaid mobile order, then she put me on hold and promptly hung up on me. I called back and they again told me without a receipt they couldn't help me and refused to give me the food I paid for. When I go into my app it shows I got 2 drinks and an "unavailable item". So, because the app is defective and they don't give receipts for mobile orders, I'm just out of the 2 largest burgers in the pack. Terrible customer service."

"Cashier's are completely unprofessional and rude. Went through the drive thru and the young girl practically tossed us the bag and slammed the window. Not even have a good night! So Irritating. I should of knocked on the window and tossed it back to her!"

"I was having trouble wirh my mobile order processing. I didn't get there names, but 2 young ladies helped me even though they were busy. I appreciate their assistance and resolved the issue. It's nice to see customer service still exists!"

"The food is consistent. The people are friendly. I'd complain that the drive -thru can be slow at times, but the food seems like it's usually made to order (I can't speak to fries, I rarely get them). If you're looking for a predictable, positive McDonald's experience, they've delivered that for me every time."

"The newer format of McDonald's is focused on drive through and take out ...not sit down...there is no reason to have kids play area if there are no kids and families eating there. I am disappointed how cold and limited the seating is inside. Not inviting at all (aesthetics)... intentional design.... It isn't a sit down place anymore. Prices keep going up on food and beverages. Portions appear smaller...my last sausage McMuffin with egg sandwich was the smallest I remember and they couldn't have used a smaller egg ... the cost of a cup of coffee up 30-50 cents per cup, I am now eating at home instead. I am saving my breakfast time and money for weekends only for sit down breakfast places. McDonald's changes have made it less worthwhile and more costly. The facility is clean and the crew is nice enough; they are understaffed and pressured to move cars along. Customers inside are treated with a lesser priority... I phased out Arby's, Wendy's and Burger King over the years...I am now ready to drop McDonald's who I had trusted since college in 1968. Breakfast at McDonald's is no longer worth the time and effort."
