He lives really close to the business so goes home to take care of his handicapped dogs later in the day. If he is not there in the afternoon, you can call his cell phone number posted on the business door and he will even make a special trip to come in for you. What a great guy! He's a great guy, gave me some tips, taught me how to install everything the best way and continues to help me. He even boasts about me to his friends how a teenage girl installed auto adjusting seatbelts perfectly the first try. I get all my parts here and get all my questions answered. Such a great place."
