Jiffy Lube Oil Change and Multicare

"I had been to the local Jiffy Lube,, and was told that they didn’t have the required filter…no offer. to order one, or to recommend a Jiffy that had them in stock. (And the only Alfa Romeo Dealer in Beaverton also didn’t have any!) Mentioned my frustration to my hairdresser that now I had to drive to Clackanas. She said that “her” Jiffy Lube was excellent, so I went there immediately. I agree 100% on all aspects!!! = Friendly, efficient, patient in explanation++ Did a comprehensive check of the entire car, then gave me a printout of the findings. I am so happy! Shall of course continue going there!!! THANK YOU!"

"I was traveling unexpectedly and I needed to have an oil change Done on my car. They were incredibly efficient and they also had a promotion going that they offered to me for $25 off. I also had a back tail light that was out and it was only $13 for them to replace it which was absolutely wonderfully convenient They offer more than just oil changes they're very fast very efficient and I truly appreciated everything they did for me that day. I needed to have my services done quickly and they accommodated that! well done"

"No prices posted. More than dealer, less services. Should have followed my gut & drove away. Left greasy hand prints on upholstery & fender. Try to up-sale $25 air filter, really? Car has never had a drop of oil. Pulled out of driveway, big puddle & more small spots. Oil slopped on the engine. Never again."

"My experience for an "oil change" was really great! I have no extra time to service my old truck and this team including Serena (so efficient and helpful with providing any available discounts, Kian, the manager, and Ken, a technician, all provided articulate kindness. . . .at an oil change! I did buy new filters and a couple of other add ons but I was not pressured to do so - and I received any available cost reductions. To top off the experience they were incredibly kind to my dog who was with me - a rescued part pit - who loved the attention! He even licked Ken's bald head while he was removing a filter! I'll go back with my truck every time!"

"Staff was super helpful. I was hearing a loud ticking noise and it felt like my car was going to die. When I came in I found out that I needed a tune up. After they changed my spark plugs, did an engine flush, and an oil change my car felt road trip ready. I thought it was going to cost a lot but after they applied the coupons it was pretty reasonable and I had enough to buy snacks for my 3 hour road trip to Bend. Thank you.
