"Buy Groupon and when you get there you get told the (detail) you paid for is a car wash. Need to buy upgrades and pay for so much more. Prices way higher then told on site . I had to call them out to wipe polish off car. I re washed windows, door jams not cleaned at all. The inside of car was done will . Inside and out paid total 280. It was detailed inside wash. The outside was not even as clean as a car wash . The photo just shows one spot but it was all over car and mirrors and windows had to do myself, smeared so bad I could not see"

"Couldn’t be more disappointed with the install. Have an off-road truck with extra fuse boxes and panels and everything to wire the new amp to instead I get a broken fuse box cover a fuse and wire not secured wires clipped in my engine bay just left hanging. The 6x9 speakers were ran in boxes to set on the back seat and not the floor… none of my off road switch panel works now…: wouldn’t trust these people to fix the issue if I supervised them. I understand before short staffed or taking longer because of complications but really just setting and mounting speakers on the seat… that is just idiotic"

"I can’t believe the number of issues I’ve had to correct after CarToys Beaverton installed an inverter in my truck in June. They don’t even know how to crimp a wire properly. I wouldn’t trust them with any part of my vehicle ever again. After the initial installation, I had to come back the next day because after I inspected their work, the wires came out of the terminal on the inverter. They fixed it, and it was working great until about 2 months later when I noticed the fuse block they installed was melting in the engine compartment, which is a huge fire hazard and could have cost me my life. They warrantied that part with an upgraded fuse block. During that warranty repair the installer revealed to me that “I don’t think we should use that fuse block on these installations”. Unbelievable that their own installers knew that the default fuse block is of poor quality for this application. Now fast forward two more months and the terminals at the fuse block, the inverter and the grounding wire are both coming loose, exposing the wiring again, presenting another fire hazard. I have given these guys every opportunity to do the right thing and they just keep failing to do the job correctly. I would NOT recommend them for any upgrades and installations that involve electrical system modifications. The shop that I had these issues fixed at could not believe the quality of the work, especially the fact that they didn’t properly crimp any of the wiring or terminal connections, the most basic requirement of an installation like this."
