"If I can give them a ZERO I would. I went here twice and both times they made my phone worse than what it was. The first time they gave me a defective screen and refuse to fix their mistake. I went back to see if they would fix it and they charged me again, full price. And now they broke my sim card when they popped it out. RIDICULOUS!! I will never go back here again!!"

"Very friendly staff. Fixed my boyfriends phone quickly. Shop is clean and organized. Definitely will be my go-to if I have any future problems. Also love that they are open late, I can actually get there after work! Most businesses are closed by 5pm, which is when I get off of work in Metairie, so I love that they close for 8pm."
