"Dropped the car off at 10am, still wasn't ready by 6pm and they closed the shop without ever calling me and telling me they were keeping the car. And this was after I communicated to them both in person and when I called mid day to check in that I really needed the car by the end of the day (I was initially told it would only take two hours to be seen.) When I brought this up to the manager the following morning, he had nothing to say, but blame it on an employee. Said he's been doing this for 19 years, but it doesn't reflect in his communication or customer service skills. He had an attitude like "well you're going to get mad anyway", but the funny part is, I managed a business for years and when you are honest and apologetic, people are very nice. I rarely had issues with customers yet it seems like a regular occurance for this man. I was so mad because they kept my car for nearly 24 hours and had NOTHING to say about it, no apology, just expected me to accept that I was lied to and left my boss without a vehicle for the night. He is running your business to the ground and has been named in other reviews. It's a shame y'all aren't doing something about it."

"I was told it would take 90 minutes for my car to be ready for a tire and oil change. 5 hours later they hadn’t even started on my car. The man behind the counter, supposedly the manager, then lied to my face denying he said that. Another customer had been sitting in the waiting room for almost 8 hours and still doesn’t have his vehicle.? I overheard the employee complaining that if people would just stay in their lane and work things would move quicker instead of chatting up the customers. I brought my car here in the past and they could not fix the issues. I figured it’s only new tires and an oil change. Terrible business. I should have looked at the other reviews."

"I had 2 flat tires on my way to work and I was very upset. The workers calmed me and worked hard to get me back up and running. They didn't take advantage of me situation."

"Purchased 4 tires , price was great and the guy behind the counter was really nice , they swap the tires but by the time they finish with install , it was raining really hard . The next day I went clean my wheels and new tires , every wheel in my truck was scratch , they butcher my beautiful wheel , they used cheap weights that stick to the side of the wheel to balance it , I WILL NEVER COME BACK TO THAT STORE ."
