"Recently, my power steering went out. Took my vehicle to my regular shop and one of their affiliates and they were unable to repair it (they mainly do minor repairs, brakes, tires, etc.). Called the dealership and another full-service mechanic I had used previously and neither was able to get me in to even take a look for 2 weeks plus. Peter's was able to look the following business day. He ordered the part and it took about a week to arrive, but he had my car done within a few hours of dropping it off. The estimate was a little pricier than I expected but another trusted mechanic told me that it was certainly within the range he would expect. Peter was very friendly and professional, and apparently knows his stuff!"
