"I purchased a Bulova watch. Had it fixed 3 times for not keeping time. Went in Monday to have face put back on. Was told all the reasons why they couldn’t help me. Went to Matthew’s jewelry in Orange and 5 minutes later it was fixed. No charge. Even when I told them I didn’t purchase it there."
"We cannot rave about Haley C. enough! My daughter got a ring for Christmas which quickly fell off and got stepped on. It was flattened; we thought it was beyond repair. Haley worked on it for ten minutes and got it back to beyond just wearable. We were charged nothing, and did I mention the ring wasn’t even from Kay’s? Will definitely go back for the customer service and kindness alone! Recommend highly!"
