"I saw all Low reviews so I made it a point to make sure I was going to be honest. I was returning some thing that I purchased online so showed up and was not prepared. In other words I didn’t have a box or an envelope or tape. They had signs everywhere on every counter, saying, please be prepared with an envelope, sealed and taped before approaching the counter. I wasn’t prepared so I went and found an envelope to purchase and then I realized again that I needed a tape which I had to purchase. The man was very friendly to all the customers, and he mentioned are you gonna be paying for tape, and I said yes. In my head, I was aggravated having to pay for and I knew at home I had some; but then he said you know what I’ll help you out and he used the tape behind the counter. I thanked him and I told him I was slightly irritated that I would have to be paying for tape, but I saw all the signs , so I knew he was doing me a favor. So in conclusion be prepared when you go to this post office when you returning items. You’ll need an envelope or a box taped. The workers here are very friendly."

"We are a small business located a mile from this post office. My employees showed up 30 minutes before close with many packages already in their postal bags and with a scan sheet. They would not accept our packages. They told us we had to bring them to Moss Street because they did not have the “equipment” to take all of these, when a month ago we would go every day and fill up multiple bins and at that time their supervisor Katrina was very helpful and accommodating. We then sent one employee back with ONE package that needed to go out today, she walked up to the desk at exactly 430 and the lady would not take it. I have walked into many post offices at this exact time and if the doors are still open they will take the packages. This was very unprofessional and i believe it’s illegal to not accept packages as well. I will be speaking to someone at the Moss Street location in regards to this employee that couldn’t do her one job… and was extremely rude."
