"I got there at 8 (I saw the lights on and hoped they were open). They were! Even though the internet said it didn't open until 9 they told me that they're usually they by 745. They had beautiful flowers there and a lot of choices!"
"Ordered flowers to be delivered for Mother’s Day. I was told they tried to deliver them twice but were unable due to the subdivision gate being closed. The subdivision has two gates, one entrance and one exit, the exit gate stays closed but the entrance is open during the day. They would not refund the delivery charge and I had to pick up the flowers myself. The arrangement is nice but I will not be using them again"

"I ordered flowers on Wednesday before Mother’s Day to be delivered on Friday. Even called on Thursday to confirm there were no issues with delivery request and was assured they had the order and there were no issues. No one contacted me to inform me the flowers were not delivered. I found out Sunday when it was too late for me to do anything about it. The flowers were not delivered until Monday. Not acceptable and not happy, and even emailed them to ask why- no response. Will not use them again. Customer service does not even rate a 2 star."
