I think if you're gonna work in a place of service being NICE should always be a priority and it clearly wasn't existing in this place. I'll never go there again."

"My most recent dine in experience will also be my last. I ordered a chicken sandwich and the meat was bloody raw. I understand completely that they do not 'cook' the food there and they get everything pre cooked. I discreetly went to talk to the owner to show her and suggest the investigate that pan of chicken as obviously it had to be cooked somewhere and it wasn't done. Instead of accepting the complaint in the manner it was given, she makes a scene in front of the entire store, gives me my money back and tells me not to return. As far as the other services, policies etc, they do not accept any of the national coupons you may find in your mailbox and the dining room closes due to lack of employees on a regular basis."
