"Sitting here waiting to order, the menu say will be right with you, never took our order. I called, and they said oh, it's drive through only. Think they might have put a sign at the stalls? Come on, do better. And of course the shake machine was "broken""
"Been there several times and no one acknowledged that we were there. No one would answer to take our order or anything. There was an man out side smoking when we pulled up and spitting all over the patio. He went inside and the man inside had his headphones on as well as on his phone and completely ignoring us. We only wanted drinks. We won't be back to this dirty store."
"This store is in pretty bad shape. Half of the ordering spaces we out of order & were all beat up. Some with the plastic hanging off them, some without stall numbers on them & some not working at all. The drive thru kiosk was also torn up & falling apart. I had issues using the app for this store because it kept telling me the stall I was in didn’t exist, even though I was in it. The food came within 2-3 minutes of my order being placed which at first was a pleasant surprise until you tasted it & realized it wasn’t fresh, not even the tots. The burgers had microwaved patties & tots were barely above room temp. So food wasn’t good, dessert may be fine (??) but food was not good. The service however was very good!! Our carhop was very friendly! Even though it was a cold and rainy afternoon, carhop still had a smile for us & was friendly. I hate to say it, but the carhop was the only good thing about our experience at this sonic."
"This employee " Thelma" is hands down the best food service employee I've ever seen. She is bright, cheerful, and gets every order down perfect. Everything comes out neat, clean, and organized. Don't come through here very often and when I do she is definitely one to visit here at this particular Sonic. Sonic has a real gem here. Yall stop and give her the accolades she deserves."
"I loved this place. The people were extremely friendly. The only issue I had was that the entrances from both sides of the road merge into one lane. If the person that enters from the right isn't paying attention, they can hit the person already in the lane, which almost happened to me. The service was super fast. I don't know how the place used to be but for my experience, it was top notch!"
