"OMgosh y’all! Wanted a new place to eat in Many, LA today & we found a gem. Shannon (who is man) makes the best tasting and extremely tender brisket we have ever had. Love the BBQ sauce as well. He says they will be moving the food truck into town soon and will have picnic tables (we can’t wait). We will definitely be going back to try the ribs and sausage. GREAT FOOD SHANNON! Ladies working in the food truck are as good as gold :-)"

"We had been wanting to try the new BBQ food truck for a bit now. I got lucky and just happen to catch a special on the pulled pork. I ordered 4lbs and drove all the way back to Many to pick it up. Well worth the time and drive (Many is about 20 minutes from our house on the lake) The pulled pork was absolutely delicious! It was smokey, yet a lil sweet and was such an easy way to solve the whole not knowing what was for dinner that night! Thank you for a fantastic yummy pulled pork sandwich!"
