"The cost was great, but my items in the package were broken! I shipped family photos to myself in Texas and more than half of the frames were broken and had to be reset. The frames were packed in bubble wrap and newspaper and it still didn’t help. She even asked me if the contents were breakable when I dropped them off! I definitely will not be using them again."
