"My wife CHRISTINA MALVEAUX uses your services on occasions. But on Tuesday March 1,2022 she was told by one call you picked up her trip to Alexandria Louisiana but no one showed up. After she tried calling your office none answered only to find out it was a fax number. After receiving a call from a supervisor with one call asking if she'd been picked up by your service. My wife began to cry because this was a cardiology specialist appointment that couldn't swing be missed. They even tried rescheduling her due to an error on the schedule after explaining that her driver was on the way way to get her per a text message she still missed her appointment. Now why didn't anyone reach out to her informing her as to whether or not a driver was actually in route? Because she has a couple texts that says the driver is on the way. Why can't you guys be contacted with these types of issues? Why are y'all sending out fake texts telling people there ride is on the way when it's not? That's very unprofessional"
