"I went to pick up my medications, I usually have no issues, the clerks are USUALLY very nice - but today the clerk was extremely rude, she had the worst attitude, I had an insurance change and instead of allowing me a moment to let her know what was going on she kept cutting me off; and wouldn't let me speak or correct her as to what it was I needed...... SHE DIDNT EVEN ASK.!! then made it a point to show that I was INCONVIENENCING HER.!!! The name on my receipt is Jakyra - all i know is she was a bigger girl with fake lashes and a stank attitude..... she needs to not be at the counter.... they need to put her in the back shuffling papers or something - maybe send her back to training to work on those people skills.... if your reading this homegirl, WHY TAKE A JOB WORKING WITH PEOPLE IF YOUR NOT GOING TO ENGAGE WITH YOUR CUSTOMERS?.....maybe customer service is not where you need to be doing with your self...... because your obviously not cut out for it...."

"I get my prescription filled at the HEB Pharmacy in my hometown of Kerrville Texas. I am out of town and I ran out of my pills so I was in need of a refill quickly. I stopped at the nearest HEB. This HEB Pharmacy was a five star stop. I went up to the counter was assisted a short time later by an African American lady pharmacist, she listened to my reason for my visit there, took my pill container, did her job and told me that she was going to work on it right away for me. I waited for about 10 minutes. She opened the pharmacy door and notified me by my name that it was ready. I didn't catch her name, I am trying to get better at noticing people's names. I'm sure they will know who I am talking about. Plus the price was perfect 2. Thank you to the pharmacist who helped me today. GOD BLESS, Sandy T."
