"I put up with them cause I like locally owned I call and they never have the medicine ready. they never call when you have a problem with A refill. plus worked in the pharmacy industry 15 plus years its not easy. But your staff Is very rude and If you get a controlled they treat you like trash and side eye staring."
"This is a long term med. Pharmacy. Upon arrival the last at the front window was super friendly. I was picking up my mother's meds. and it was controlled meds. They kindly asked for I'd which was a relief. You meds. are secured and policy is followed.."
"The only single reason I'm giving two stars is for the decent customer service at this establishment by the poor employees that have to deal with this place. My mother shops here for her prescriptions and has for a long time and I really don't understand why. It is a constant battle with them. Just this past week alone we have been told a prescription would be filled by a certain time, just to drive all the way up there to be told it's not in stock. No one bothers to give you a call when your meds are out of stock. And to top it all off, if you try to get it filled at another pharmacy (a controlled substance) and you have other controlled substances at king's, they will not allow you to pick them up. Which from what we have been told by doctors is not something they can legally do. I personally have picked up controlled substances from multiple pharmacies with absolutely no repreccusions or issues. This place is unorganized. One person will tell you one thing and you get there and it's completely different. Don't waste your time, the big corporate locations can gladly take my money in the future. Because they actually abide by the rules and general common sense."
