"When I went to pick up my prescription I was told it wasn’t covered by my insurance. So they used a discount Singlecare card to get a lower price of $63.33. After a few days of taking the medication I started feeling better and decided to look up the medication on line to see what the cash price was before the discount price was given. The discount price was $20.05 and the cash price was $61.00. I called the pharmacy and I was told that I couldn’t get a refund for the $43.28 difference because it had been pass 5 days. So I ended up paying for their $63.33 mistake."

"Absolutely pitiful system. It took two whole days to get a prescription transferred from a different Walgreen's. After several phone calls and two separate 30 minute waits inside, I still don't have my medicine. I'm supposed to just keep checking back at the pharmacy. Thank goodness my life doesn't depend on this medicine."
