"Would not fill the script., would not explain why. Dismissive and rude. Went to HEB they explained why, I corrected the issue and will NEVER return to Kroger. EVER. I do NOT want a MANAGER/OWNER to respond to this. If they do, it shows they do not even read the posts."

"Kroger pharmacy elderly man doesn't know how to use speaker phone at the drive thru. This man was unpleasant and rude doesn't know how split pay works since I was charged the wrong amount on my card. He needs to be written up/fired at best."

"If I could give 0 stars, I would! My husband and I travel and I take medications, 1 being a controlled substance. I have used Kroger Pharmacies all over and I do it for the fuel points. I had my doctor call into the Kroger on Dowlen St. in Beaumont, Tx. Picking it up, was told that our address is too far away and the doctor is too far away and was given a hard time about picking up my medicines. I informed the Pharmacist-Mitchell, that is not a law and he said no it's not, but we only give controlled substances to our local people. I am pulling my other 3 medicines from them and might even not shop at Kroger period!"

"Worst pharmacy experience I’ve ever had. The pharmacy tech hung up the phone on me when I was trying to figure out why they still hadn’t filled my prescription. I need to get blood work done for the medicine I take and I have a 7 day window to pick it up and if I don’t I have to do the blood work and start the process over again, and because of them, I was not able to fill my prescription multiple times. It was such a headache to fill my prescription here, just save your time and money and go somewhere else. I even had my dr office calling them asking what’s the matter with them!"

"Don't say I didn't warn you. I get it that maybe you see the prices are less at Kroger Pharmacy. But, listen, if you even want your prescription then pay more and go elsewhere. I have had nothing but frustration dealing with Dowlen Kroger Pharmacy. From not filling the RX unless I pester them (for days) to hearing the manager discuss me negatively when I called a second day to inquire to having an employee tell me to my face they hadn't even considered my transfer RX after it had been there a few days. I went to HEB pharmacy and they blew my socks off with promptness, courtesy, kindness and attentiveness!"
