"Update: don't buy the auto response. Once again, we're 2 weeks now waiting on them to fix an issue. They still don't communicate. 0 calls, 0 updates. They do not care! Also, they're system glitched and double charged us this month. We have been told they DO NOT take money orders and payments are online only. And now that they're system has messed up, we're told there's nothing they can do, and we just have a credit for next month. We are in December! Thanks to this company, we will NOT be having much of Christmas this year. If this is all you can afford, I'm sorry! Because you will be treated like this is all you can afford. We live on an itex property now, and it's been awful! We were told the main office could help us, but they have been equally unreliable. You will be forced to allow strangers in and out of your home with no notice. They will bandaid everything until they have nothing left and then try to blame you for the issue that their techs can't figure out. They continue to build new complexes while letting their older ones fall apart."

"I've been in the Sierra Vista apartments since March and it's been really bad constant spraying for cockroaches people in and out of the building constantly every night making it hard to sleep on top of being treated like a nobody all while told your informations confidential when their employees tell other staff and residents about where you reside which is none of their business it's been so bad here put in a work order November 23rd still no help plus the fire alarms have been being intentionally pulled ever since I've moved in nothing but a joke to think this is helpful to your health or morals is beyond me they treat me as if not even here then when I go into get copies of things they treat you even worse like they dont want you around should've never moved here also to top it off this apartment has had problems before I moved in that they will try to blame on the tenant poor workmanship of the building and things were already in minimal conditon when I first moved in"

"I have rented at Providence on Major for 7 years. We have no on-site management and no one will return your call. If you are going to schedule appointments for the tenants, you need to give them a time and date for the appointments. Not just threaten to evict if the tenant is late! Seniors deserve better treatment than what they are getting from Itex employees! Don't move here if you are expecting a well maintained or or professionally run apartments."

"Let me first start with how nobody can get their story straight. When I first moved into Encore apartments I was told this is a GATED community. Well the gate has always remained open and we had a man enter our apartment and come to find out he had been roaming the premises all day. So I called the office and come to find out that the gate is just a “curtesy gate” and the “security guards” are “curtesy guards” I have been given the run around from different people since I have moved in here. And I certainly do not feel safe."
