"If I could give them no stars I would. It seemed so great at first and then all of a sudden the front office and the owner would harass and stalk me to the point I didn’t feel safe in my own home. The front office lady has walked into my apartment without a phone call or warning. And after realizing someone was in fact home(after unlocking my door and walking inside) she came up with an excuse as to why she was there that she needed to look at my sink. Why would the front office lady need to check my sink and not the maintenance man? The owner is very rude and unprofessional. He threatened me multiple times the first time we ever spoke after living there for over a year. I would not recommend living here if you have children. Not to mention whoever they got to rebuild their apartments inside did not do a very good job. We had constant problems with the plumbing and not getting hot water"

"Great, real nice apartments, quiet and peaceful. My kids love the swimming pool so do I. Been to a lot of swimming pools and always hated the smell of Clorox but this one pretty decent not too strong"

"Very friendly and safe apartments. No issues, very brightly lit at night. Work orders completed quickly and without any question. I have lived here for almost a year and honestly the complex is very well maintained and the staff does a great job ensuring the safety of the residents. Pricing is an added benefit in addition to the placement off of the main road. I would recommend if you are searching to stop by and take a tour."

"I’ve been here for seven months. I love it here. The staff is fantastic and the apartments are very clean and quite. Bridget and Amy are very professional and they run a tight ship, hence that gives us a quite and clean apartments. All they ask is for renters to follow the rules. Again, we get clean and quite apartments because of the reasonable rules."

"First, let me start by saying that this is the quietest complex I’ve ever lived in. I have an infant son whom I’ve lived here with since he was 9 months old and I feel extremely safe walking around outside in the evenings. Once I put him down to bed there’s never been an issue of noise to wake him up. During my stay, my relationship status changed and my girlfriend moved in, management couldn’t have been more understanding. They welcomed her the same way I was welcomed and couldn’t have been friendlier or more understanding during the process. Speaking of management; Bridgett and Amy have been nothing but kind to me and now that we’ve decided to move closer to our jobs both women have helped my girlfriend’s son become a resident here. I’ve never had to deal with maintenance because nothing in my unit has ever gone wrong but seeing them in passing they seem friendly. None of the other reviews mention how clean the grounds are but after having lived in apartments in Houston for the past 16 years, I don’t think I’ve ever lived in a cleaner environment. I literally never see trash anywhere and the dumpster area is always well maintained. Like I’ve mentioned already, my girlfriend and I have recommended her son to live her, and I would recommend anyone, friend or family to do the same."
