"We lived here for a year! Very quiet and the people were friendly! Never had any major issues. There was some confusion on my end with the move out process but Brittany was able to help me navigate my to do list!"

"I've lived here for 3 months now. It's quiet and decently kept. When maintenance has been called they were fast and friendly. When things have broken around the grounds they've fixed it in a timely manner. The only issue I've had with the complex is its gated, but not very secure. We have pool crashers all the time. Otherwise I enjoy living here."

"Recently moved out because the prices weren’t worth paying. I was there for 3 years. The entire apartment complex is very out of date. No matter how many times they replace / refurbish parts like carpets/fridges/etc. (with cheap brands and of low quality), it will still feel old. The day of move in the whole apartment was dirty. I had to wash the carpet three times (all the those 3 times the water came out black). Requested for a new carpet but they declined saying that it was “new” meaning they have had it for about or less than five years but again the quality was terrible. Through out my time here it took 4 or 5 ticket requests to get in a new fridge because it really did not work, it did not cool and freezer was going crazy. Another thing, is that there’s more water coming front the kitchen sink than the shower and sink in the bathroom. So you have enough water to wash the dishes but you don’t to take a good long shower. If you live on the first floor, neighbors (along with their kids) on the second floor will never be considerate of you, even if the office sends them reminders to be mindful. Nowadays nobody is educated / well mannered. In the beginning there was enough maintenance crew and were able to keep up with work orders and had done a great job, but then overtime that changed and then were low on staff, and in result of that the jobs weren’t well done or they had to come back again. In my case the AC broke down a good 5 times. I do want to give credit where it’s due and that’s to specifically Rosie. She has always been so professional, always been responsive with emails and calls. When the pandemic started, she and Paula, who’s great as well truly did care about the residents in helping in any way possible. I hope the both of them get the raises that they deserve. The area is in general safe, but you do see really sketchy people from time to time."

"I just moved out of this complex last week after two years only because I’m relocating. It really was a great place to live, no crime or break-ins that I’m aware of, there are SEVERAL officers that live in the complex and seeing their police vehicles all over the parking lot’s definitely brings more of a safe feeling. It was quiet and people respect the quiet hours. Rent is extremely affordable for a two bedroom as opposed to what it would be in Houston or other cities. CONS: The entrance gates are often broken/left open. After hours, Packages are left outside at the front door of the office for anyone to walk up and steal. The office also doesn’t notify you if you have a package, you just need to check. The hot tub never worked the entire time I lived there. Maintenance can be slow to fix amenities or will sometimes come into your unit without your knowledge to check the sprinkler system or whatever other tests they need to conduct. If you place a request, maintenance will come into your unit and will often forget to leave a notice telling you they’ve been there."

"I moved here in August, so 3 months for me. My apartment is very nice and overlooks the lake, love it. The staff are very nice and helpful. The reason for 4 stars is the trash bins...I don't know why people can't put their trash in the bins properly, the area is often very messy. I was also hoping to meet other retired residents, a seniors ladies group would be great...but that has not happened. Still, this is a nice complex and I enjoy living here."
